    Whenever possible please submit this form a minimum of two weeks prior to your event.

    The following information pertains to the event you are planning. Please take care to accurately describe your plans and in particular make sure that you include any special provisions that will need to be taken, such as use of AALSIA items like coolers, grills, etc.

    It is essential that number of vehicles be kept at a minimum, so as to allow other members to park and enjoy the beach.

    Please note that during COVID you will need to take extra precautions in cleaning, sterilization, removal of debris to ensure safety of all our guests.

    I hereby agree to abide by all AALSIA rules while using AALSIA owned equipment and all related facilities. AT the conclusion of the event, the AALSIA property will be left in a clean and undamaged condition. All waste created by the event will be removed. I agree to be responsible for my guests' behavior, including personal safety. I will not leave alcohol unattended nor will I permit underage drinking. For large events I understand that the applicant member may need to meet with the BoD. Host(s) are responsible for the group complying with all AALSIA and Covid requirements, and the host will be liable for any damage. Please avoid the use of glass containers wherever possible.
